He had to get the manager who told us that we would have to wait for exchanging the drum. Then he found out that the drum with the draft beer was empty. The guy behind the counter got permanently distracted by other employees and was not able to understand my German ID card when I ordered beer even after explaining to him. We just wanted to grab some food and drinks before the movie. I do not remember such a bad service and incompetent staff in any other cinema worldwide - and I have been to a few.
